Elizabeth Naera

You couldn’t find a medical herbalist more enthusiastic and passionate about herbal medicine than Elizabeth. 

With a “first-things-first” approach, she prescribes herbal mixes to address the most important issue first, and then over time she will tailor the medicine to continue to support and assist healing
changes as needed.

Elizabeth also uses her skills as a Theta / Orion Healing practitioner, Reiki Master and Bach Flower Essence therapist to assist her patients’ healing.  She is interested in a wide range of health-related issues and modalities.

As a “Master Class 2006” graduate of The Australian College of Supportive Care Medicine course run in part by cancer support pioneer, Grace Adamson-Gawler, she facilitates breast cancer groups. Elizabeth is a fully qualified thermographic technician. Thermography is a non-invasive, pain free and radiation free screening for the breasts and other body areas.

Elizabeth’s goal is to work with individuals and small community groups to spread the message of the importance of self-care for everyone and impart practical, easy ways to achieve this.
